I’ve always had difficulty cleaning some of my cast iron skillets. The chain pad is the best. Besides using it to clean my new Field Co pan, I also use it to clean my older iron skillets.

Not until I used this left handed turner how awkward it has been to use a right handed turner. It has a thin sharp edge that picks up any food that has stuck to skillet. Buy it you will be surprised. It's light also for you ladies.

Ideal size for the 6-1/2” induction cooktop in our RV. When we properly treat it, it is as non-stick as any pan. Good weight.

Well done on this masterpiece. It is indeed a bit lighter and although having lower thermal mass capacity, the heat retention is more than adequate, there is no casting porosity, and the smooth seasoned surface is very easy to keep clean. It is one of my favorite culinary tools now.
