I have a few cast iron skillets that are well seasoned, and this one is a keeper. I will say it did take a bit to be sure it's properly seasoned as it wasn't fully seasoned when received, but now it's great.

I’ve used Lodge for years but never could get it as smooth as I wanted. This No. 10 skillet is silky smooth right out of the box. It is easy to clean and a pleasure to use. Look forward to adding to the collection.

This is great for grilled cheese sandwiches, french toast and best of all making homemade tortillas!
What's nice is that it only needs one burner that doesn't take up much room on the stove so you can use other pans and pots at the same time.

I was really tempted to buy the entire set as I’d like to move away from toxic pans. But I started with a small one. And it did not disappoint. They are well-made. The handle feels good in your hand and I’m overall very impressed. I would definitely buy it again and I look forward to buying the other sizes as well.
