    Love the lighter weight and shape!

    We’re happy with this beautiful pan. Expensive but like supporting small businesses and the quality worth it. Also love the leather handle I got to go with it. I’m still learning to use cast iron and burned butter the first try but it came right off following their directions.

    A bit of a learning curve but really like the roasted flavor and consistent heat the pans provide. My family doesn't like the rinse,heat dry & oil procedure but that's OK, I get it done

    Cast iron seasoning and cleaning made easy

    The Care Kit is a must-have; it allows you to brush-clean, scrub with chainmail, and season with one kit. The seasoning oil is fantastic; it creates a perfect coating that is non-stick and easy to clean. The kit was especially helpful to me, as a novice in the cast iron arena.
