    I bought their #8 around 7/8 years ago. It lost its nonstick even though I followed their guidelines w chain mail I already had, scrapers, and oils.

    I purchased their chain mail, brush, and seasoning and it’s nonstick again.

    This pan is aging/seasoning well, and it cooks fairly evenly across the cooking surface— no hot spots.
