    Great big skillet

    I have two heirloom skillets in 8 and 10 inch sizes and wanted a larger one when cooking for the family. The no. 12 skillet is the best. The seasoning is pefect and nonstick from the start. It heates evenly and the weight makes it easy to manuever. I preferred this over other brands because it has a larger surface area for cooking. The chain mail scrubber is the perfect way to keep cast iron clean.

    Love this skillet that never sticks

    Whenever I prepared and seasoned this skillet as the instructions stated, it has never caused food to stick! I like it so much I ordered a second one - a number 8.

    I am very surprised how non stick these pans are. They are a little bit more work to clean and season them, but I am happy with them.
