5-Piece Cast Iron Cookware Set

Like the title says. I love that the skillet is made of only iron—no mystery materials—and made in the USA. It works perfectly on any cooking surface. I frequently use it outside on an induction burner when I want to sear something and don’t want to stink up the house. Goes from the burner to the oven/broiler and safe at any temperature. I loved it so much that I bought one for my sister, knowing that we can pass it on to our kids one day.

We’re happy with this beautiful pan. Expensive but like supporting small businesses and the quality worth it. Also love the leather handle I got to go with it. I’m still learning to use cast iron and burned butter the first try but it came right off following their directions.

This has been a Great additonto our collection of stainless steel skillets. We bought the 10 and I will likely be back for the next size up even though there are just the two of us. We are plant based so lots of chili's, stews and curries are being made here. My hubs is doing a great job of treating the pan as directed each time we use it, one more step but not a big deal.
