Great pan. Has an amazing non-stick surface. Perfect for cooking individual meals. I use it mainly at home. Being so light weight I also bring it along in my camping cook set.

I have been using cast iron pans my entire adult life but this pan is a cut above. The smooth surface allows for a nonstick cooking experience I don’t get on my other cast iron pans. I highly recommend this pan and plan to add more sizes to my collection. Just make sure to dry with heat and season with oil!!

I have a few cast iron skillets that are well seasoned, and this one is a keeper. I will say it did take a bit to be sure it's properly seasoned as it wasn't fully seasoned when received, but now it's great.
