Have had mine for a couple of months now, as of reviewing. I use it most every day. Often for breakfast. Sometimes twice a day for breakfast and dessert. I follow basic care instructions from Field Company's very thorough and helpful instruction guides. Every time I cook, I wash with hot water and some dish soap (which the guides say are actually ok nowadays due to current dish soap formulas), and then I dry the skillet with a dish cloth, heat it up a bit on the stove, then season it with some organic grapeseed oil, leaving it ready for next use and keeping it well-maintained for good aging. I really love this purchase so far.
Right out of the box, too, it was pre-seasoned and ready to go. I made eggs and pleasantly found that they didn't stick, and with regular care, the pan will season better and better as it ages. Plus, I love that cast irons don't have toxic chemicals potentially chipping off the more you use them. This was definitely worth the buy!

Perfect size for a couple of fried/scrambled eggs & sautéed seasoning (onions/peppers/celery) and ham/sausage.
I use this pan EVERY day — so it’s my favorite size.
