    Best Egg Pan

This pan has been the best egg pan I've ever used! When I cook scrambled eggs there is nothing left over in the pan unlike my PFAS non-stick where little strands of cooked egg are left behind. I also use the pan for small steaks and it works great for putting a great sear on the steak.

    My first Field skillet

The # 6 was my first cast iron skillet, and it's a versatile size for sauté and side veggies. I've been using the care instructions Field recommends, and I use their Seasoning oil after each use. I'm having so much fun and eating more vegetables! Love ❤️ I want to work for this company!

    Iron Skillet +6

This is perfection for my use case. I cook 1-pound blocks of ground beef in this skillet on the stove top. I have the lid for this beast of iron. It sponges up the heat like a black iron god and cooks the beef to my satisfaction and utter delight. My bear-claw hands and barbarian-level care (the complete and utter lack of grace and care, to be honest) make me love this skillet as both a cooking tool and a potential weapon of war. It has claimed the title of champion in my entire kitchen. Its heft imbues it with a reliability of not only my now-favorite cooking partner, but also a potential weapon of home defense. 5 out of 5 stars, my favorite.

    My new favorite cast iron

I currently have several Wagner, Lodge and Smithy black iron skillet of all shapes and sizes. I was missing a size no 6 so decided to try a Field Company skillet. Main reason was for the light weight and non- stick advertising. Well I wasn’t disappointed… The only disappointment I have, is that my whole collection isn’t strictly Field brand skillets!

    Loving my new skillet

I love my new No.6 Field Company skillet! It performs perfectly for my eggs and I have also enjoyed using it for the Field Co recipes, particularly the Biscayne Cheesecake. So good! I was so encouraged and impressed with the skillet I ordered the No.8 set of skillet and Dutch oven. Used their recipe for baking bread. It was easy and turned out great. It would recommend getting their seasoning oil as it is better than anything I’ve tried before.
