After a few weeks of regular use, this skillet has become my go-to for roasting vegetables for single meals and toasting nuts, which I do often. We use this pan every day, eggs in the morning, grilled cheese, etc. It’s much smoother and lighter than our previous cast-iron. I would recommend!
