I purchased this to make small individual 2-egg frittatas for my family. It works like a dream. The egg slides right out of the skillet. It works better than the chemical coated "non stick" that I was using.

I love this skillet. It makes a perfect fried egg even though I am still in the beginning of the seasoning process and do not use high heat. I love it.

Often, we buy products that promise things that never quite deliver. Well, this pan is doing exactly what I expected it to do in the advertisements I saw before I bought it. My biggest thing I wanted to do was to make eggs safely and not have any kind of contaminants from nonstick surfaces. It’s working beautifully! Eggs do not stick! I don’t even put oil down before I cook my scrambled eggs & they don’t stick! It’s a beautiful thing! After cleaning the pan, I season it with a thin film of olive oil. I am making progress towards my goal of changing old habits to healthier ones! Thank you!
