Samin Nosrat is a writer, teacher, and chef based in Berkeley, California. Her first book, Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking is a New York Times bestseller, and the basis for a Netflix documentary series. She’s also a food columnist for the New York Times Magazine.
