I was very hesitant to get this cast iron pan due to other cast irons I have had and I did not understand clearly how to get it to a real nonstick surface. I have followed all of Fields's directions and my pan is working beautifully now that I have been religiously using it for over a month. I love the look (little more sleek than others) of the pan and ability to put in on the stove top or oven. High quality.
