I’m a retired chef and have recently returned to cast iron pans. Obviously cast iron doesn’t work in the commercial kitchen but it works great at home. I think there are healthy benefits from using cast iron pans. I’m quite pleased with my Field pan.

I want to cook everything in this skillet. Love the natural no stick surface with no teflon. Yes, eggs do not stick. Amazing.
