I’m a 67 years old single male who has recently started taking cooking more seriously. I bought a top-of-the-line stainless steel and carbon steel skillets. I had an old cast-iron skillet that always was smoking up the house, hard to clean, Etc.. so I decided to buy a top-of-the-line cast-iron skillet. I have no regrets because this skillet has improved my cooking skills and the flavor and ease and ease of cooking my food that has been worth every penny I spent.

This skillet has been great . I started cooking with it the day I got it. Started with caramelized onions then made the quiche recipe on the website then cornbread. Nothing stuck to the pan.

I had a cast iron pan years ago and I didn’t like it at all. The fact that this pan has a smooth surface and is much lighter than other cast iron skillets made me try this one. I’m so glad that I did. I love my new skille and am so happy that it is truly toxic free! . I use it every day! 🍳
