I've three Field Company skillets, which are great for everyday cooking without the toxic chemicals in today's cookware. I decided to purchase the 4.5 quart Dutch oven, it's modern, but works like an old cast iron pot and is lightweight. I love this pot and it's pretty to look at, I love the design. I roasted a pork shoulder the other day and it was tender and juicy. The leftovers the next day weren't dry at all.

I am using this griddle to cook dosas and chillas, southern Indian variations on crepes. Cooks them perfectly. There is nothing like cast iron. Thank you.
