Great kitchen utensils only get better with time and use. For all our turners, we selected a durable cherry wood handle that, like cast iron cookware, will develop a rich, warm patina over time. 

The Mini turner includes a beveled front edge, creating flush contact with the cooking surface for better flipping and lifting, or gently scraping up fond after caramelizing onions. The size of the Mini turner is particularly well-suited to getting underneath food in smaller pans, or delicate maneuvers flipping or plating smaller items.

The Mini Turner and it's two companion pieces, the flexible Slotted Turner and sturdy Griddle Turner are each Made in the USA.

Hand-wash only. Cherry is a closed grain wood that will hold up well to water exposure during cleaning. If wood feels too dry, apply a thin coat of food grade mineral oil to restore its texture and keep on cooking.
