    As a lefty I'm always sceptical¹ that a left handed tool will make a difference.

    Per usual I got the tool² man way less combersom. Very happy with the quality. Wood handle gives a nice feel as opposed to rubber, plastic, metals³.

    1. Most of the time I never even considered the tool I was using had the possibility of handedness or that maybe the one in my hand might be right handed.

    3. Not that I have anything against plastic, rubber or metal handles on tools. But I'm absent minded at times and have turned a couple plastic/rubber handles into flaming napalm. Metal gets hot.

    Didn't know I needed one of these. It's been great!

    Best eggs and …

    I cooked some of the recommended seasoning recipes - cast iron skillet cornbread and cast iron skillet pancakes. These were excellent and will make them again soon but have the hash browns and cheese cake recipes in my sites. Since I already have a No.10, this filled out a gap I was noticing. It’s my favorite breakfast pan - both eggs and bacon cook up wonderfully in the No. 5.
