The No.10 Field Skillet is made for family-style cooking on the stovetop, in the oven, or over live fire—and the matching lid unlocks its full range of culinary possibilities.

No.10 is a vintage-style size: from edge-to-edge, it measures 11 ⅝" and the lid is a tight fit.

    Excellent!

    I bought this pan to replace a much lower quality cast iron that was a constant struggle to keep things from sticking. The smooth surface on this pan has been a dream to use and so easy to build the seasoning. The care kit has been an excellent help as well.

    Kind of miss ……….

    Great skillets (my wife and I have 4). Took some initial getting used to after using only coated nonstick skillets but the very brief learning curve was worth it.

    About the “Kind of miss…….” title, I at first did kind of miss the occasional added bits of color and texture of the chips off the deteriorating coated skillets, but that too I’m quickly adapting to 🙄😁.

    Pictures are of this morning’s pancakes and condition of skillet afterwards.

    Love how light it is!

    I had a heavier skillet previously (same size, but at least 2x heavier) and struggled to scrape the last bits of whatever out because it was a huge struggle lifting it with one hand and scooping with the other. That process was so annoying that I ended up using that older pan way less frequently even when it was the right tool for the job. This field skillet solved that problem and is a joy to cook with.

    Love how smooth and light weight they are!

    These pans are so much lighter the my other ones and we love how smooth they are so things aren't sticking like the other ones.

    Love it!

    So pleased with my new pan! I even made a pie in it last week! The smooth surface is so much easier to cook with and no sticking either. I would highly recommend these pans to anyone and will probably add to my collection soon!
