    Very Happy with my Fieldstone

I feel like this is a very high quality pan and it is building up its seasoning surface nicely.

    Great Pan

I’m a retired chef and have recently returned to cast iron pans. Obviously cast iron doesn’t work in the commercial kitchen but it works great at home. I think there are healthy benefits from using cast iron pans. I’m quite pleased with my Field pan.

    Skillet made easy

I've had two other iron skillets from two other manufacturers, but I was not satisfied with them so I bit the bullet and bought from Field. I'm glad I did. The quality if apparent. The cooking is even. The clean-up is simple. I highly recommend. One caveat: I would get the seasoning / cleaning kit at the time of purchase. I've used their proprietary seasoning product and, while the skillet comes pre-seasoned, I wanted to add extra seasoning and the kit made it easy. Also, the skillet brush that comes with it is invaluable and does an excellent job. Would definitely recommend and will be buying additional Field skillets in the future.
