I have used this pen so many times since I purchased it. It is seasoned perfectly, and it is nonstick. I’ve cooked veggies, chicken, steaks and now I’ve gotten to the point where I can cook eggs in it without them sticking. I recently hosted my neighbors for dinner, and I made four fillets where I seared them on the stove top and then put them in the oven to finish them off… Perfect!
I just ordered a cast iron chef’s sauté pan from another company… I hope it performs as well as this skillet . I thought I would try a different brand just to see how they compare.
And the best part… I feel good knowing that I am cooking with non-toxic cookware.
