Dough scrapers are far more versatile than their name suggests. Though they are often touted for their use in baking, we use ours to transfer piles of chopped food into pots and pans, and to scrape and clean our wooden cutting boards. The scraper not only removes nearly all the gunk, but it also knocks down any standing grain. Over time this produces a superb surface finish on all your wooden surfaces and minimizes deep grooves from chopping and slicing.
