How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip in a No.4 Field Skillet

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Prepare your skillet: Lightly grease your No.4 Field Cast Iron Skillet to prevent sticking.

Mix the base: In a bowl (or food processor for extra smoothness), combine softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Add cheese and chicken: Stir in shredded chicken, ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup cheddar, and chopped chives or green onions.
