I absolutely love these skillets. So far I have had no issues using them. I have followed their directions on use and cleaning!! I haven’t tried eggs or anything like that yet. I still have to get them good and used more to try that. They are lighter weight but strong and durable! Love love love the smooth surface they already have.

The most amazing weight that's light on my wrist to hold and cooks like it's heavy! Apple cobbler was made in it as first recipe and some of the pre seasoning came off because of the liquid from apples and made for a funky discoloration so should be more seasoned for recipes like that when first purchased but in time it will get there.
