The Field Company is a digitally native brand that takes a methodical, obsessive approach to product design. Our products live or die based on their quality and usefulness. We started with the perfect cast iron pan. We are not a lifestyle company. We will never use the words capsule collection.

Where We Are—

We are growing rapidly as demand for our first set of products exceeds our ability to fulfill orders. We’re a talented team that believes in only hiring individuals that can create leverage through technology, process, collaboration and creativity. We believe in making products for a good life; that means that we are creating a company with a campus in the beautiful Hudson Valley and later in New York City, because a good life is both inspired by nature and culture.

The Role: Community Lead

Creating a network of fans and friends is one of the most important things a young business can do. Our first set of products are ripe for community engagement—food has become the music of our time and people love to trade tips and recipes. Cast iron cookware is growing rapidly in popularity, yet there's a knowledge gap. Our community lead will help create online forums for discussion, reach out through other platforms, and help create content to guide our customers and fans. It's a hybrid role that's part marketing, part partnerships, and part CX. It requires optimism, energy, and emotional intelligence.

Diverse backgrounds encouraged to apply. A few years of consulting experience and looking for something a bit more human? You could do well. A few years of customer service experience and looking for something a bit more creative? You could do well. A few years of creative agency experience but more interested in something more substantive than client work? You could do well.
